Fresh lobster is a specialty, and sake enthusiasts like the varied appetizer menu as well as the varied and surprisingly affordable kaiseki dinners.
Not to be missed is the Miyako-style steak, dredged in flour and cornstarch and then deep-fried and served on a sizzling platter with a ponzu-garlic sauce. Dishes are displayed with care and just the right amount of panache. "Miyako is a treasured favorite with Oahu residents and visitors alike," says Hotel-Rates.com.
