A dry ginjo is a rarity these days. “Kikuizumi” is crisp and well-balanced, with a pleasing marriage of fruit and minerality.

Serving Recommendations

This excellent ginjo sake deserves to be served with the finest seafood. Yet with its faint sweetness and tight structure, “Kikuizumi” also pairs well with marinated meats, such as flank steak or Korean kalbi.
